• Customer visits your showroom for body measurements (net sizes).

3. Suit Fitting

• Let the customer try on fitting suits to discuss and finalize the suit finish sizes.

4. Fabric & Style Selection

• Customer chooses fabric and suit style.

5. Order Confirmation

• Confirm the order with the customer and finalize details.

6. Order Form Submission

• Fill out the Order Form and send it to us for production confirmation.

7. Production and Shipping

• We produce the suits and ship them via DHL/UPS/FedEx to your showroom address.

8. Fitting & Pickup

• Customer returns to your showroom to try on and pick up the suit.

9. Final Check

• If there are no issues, the deal is closed.
• If there are any issues, take photos and measurements, and contact our aftersales service.
